Amends the
Customs Tariff Act 1995
as a result of the third review by the World Customs Organization of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, by providing: a separate subheading for the chemical binapacryl; and duty free access for prepared culture media for the development or maintenance of viruses.
